Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file. No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost to the card on file. Additionally, repeated no-shows will result in being banned from online booking. Please be mindful of these policies to avoid any charges.
