How your first visit works

Booking

Book online or give us a call to schedule your appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to check in and settle in.

Consultation

We start every visit with a personalized consultation to discuss your goals.

What to expect

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. If you have any questions before your appointment, do not hesitate to reach out. We cannot wait to see you.

Consultation policies

We are here to help you love your hair. If either of these applies to you, please start with a consultation so we can book your appointment correctly.

Extension consultations

If you would like to book an extension consultation, we recommend giving the salon a call so we can talk through your hair goals and schedule you with the stylist best suited to your needs. Some of our stylists are trained in different hair extension methods.

Color or haircut consultations

If you are a new client coming in with a color correction, a major hair change, previous box dye on your hair, or you are simply unsure what you want, please book a color or haircut consultation with your desired stylist before booking your hair appointment. This makes sure your appointment is booked appropriately for your goals.

Good to know before your first visit

Parking (Newtown Square)

Free street parking is right in front of the building on Chapel Road, plus a lot directly behind the building.

Please don't use the lot on the left side of the building, as that belongs to other businesses and will tow. Use the street, or take the driveway on the right side down to our back lot.

Parking (West Chester)

There is free street parking available around the studio.

Please do not park in the shopping center across the street. Thank you for helping us keep those lots open for our neighbors and their guests.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged 100% to the card on file.

Repeated no-shows will result in losing online-booking access.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit, and cash. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment.

Common questions

What to know about spray tans & whitening.

How long will the spray tan last?
Your tan will be at its best for the first week following your appointment, and will gradually start to fade after that. You can extend the life of your tan by using proper moisturizers and body washes that your spray tan artist recommends.
When should I get sprayed for a specific event?
We always recommend getting sprayed 2 days prior to your event. For example, if you have a wedding on Saturday, we recommend getting sprayed Thursday.
Can I get a spray tan or teeth whitening done while pregnant?
All of our products are safe to use during pregnancy. That said, we always recommend asking your doctor beforehand.
Will my spray tan block the sun and prevent me from getting burnt?
No. Spray tan solutions do not contain SPF and do not prevent sunburn. We highly suggest using spray-tan-safe sunscreen when going out in the sun. Mineral sunscreens like SunBum Mineral Lotion are the safest with a spray tan.
Does the teeth whitening cause sensitivity?
Every person's enamel is different, but our teeth whitening products usually cause little to no sensitivity. Mild sensitivity, if it happens, typically dissipates within 24 to 48 hours. We can also recommend products to help prevent sensitivity after your appointment.

Spray Tan Prep & Aftercare

Follow these to get the best result from your appointment.

Before your appointment

  • Shave and exfoliate at least 12 to 24 hours prior, not immediately before. Use an oil-free exfoliant. No Dove soap.
  • Do not apply any products to your skin after this shower. Products create a barrier between your skin and the tan. This includes deodorant, makeup, oils, perfume, and lotion.
  • Do not wear tight or light-colored clothing, hats, or jewelry to your appointment. Dark, loose clothing is best.
  • Get nail, waxing, lash, and facial appointments done at least 48 hours before your spray tan.

After your appointment

  • Wait the given processing time before showering. Your spray tan artist will go over this during your appointment.
  • Avoid activities that could disrupt the development. No swimming, working out, sweating heavily, or doing dishes.
  • Do not apply anything to your skin before your rinse. No lotion, makeup, or perfume.
  • Rinse with warm water only. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving, or scrubs.
  • Guide the bronzers off your body with your hands as the water runs clear, to prevent streaks.
