Booking

Appointments are reserved through our booking partner, Vagaro. By submitting a booking you authorize Isla Studio + Hair Co. to confirm availability and reserve your appointment time.

Pricing

Service pricing is set in our booking system at the time of booking. We reserve the right to revise pricing for future bookings. Prices may vary by stylist seniority and service complexity.

Conduct

We are committed to a welcoming, respectful environment for every client and team member. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is disrespectful or unsafe.

Photographs

We may photograph completed looks for our portfolio, social media, or website. Let your stylist know if you prefer not to be photographed and we will honor that.

Limitation of liability

Isla Studio + Hair Co. is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of products, allergic reactions when prior allergies were not disclosed, or events outside our control.
