Service refund & cancellation policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Please review our policies before booking.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit any deposit, and the full service fee may be charged for no-shows.
Service satisfaction
If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to making it right and will schedule a complimentary adjustment with your stylist. Refunds are not issued for services already performed.
Bridal & special-event deposits
Bridal and special-event bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit secures your date and team. Final balance is due the day of service.
Retail products
Unopened, unused retail products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase, with original receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
